Joining Information for Training Courses:

If you believe that you are booked on a training course but haven't got joining details, contact us to confirm that you have actually been booked on the course.

We will confirm that you have a booking and email you full joining details.

1. Venue

Our public training courses take place at the Building Centre, 26 Store Street, London WC1E 7BT. You can find a copy of our travel information, which includes a map and public transport details here: open map

Upkeep is based on the first floor of the Building Centre, the receptionist will direct you.

2. Timings

Our courses usually start at 10.00 a.m. We ask participants to get here by about 9.30 a.m, to give them time to sign in, choose lunch and get a coffee.

We will provide a light lunch and refreshments for you.

Our full-day courses usually finish at about about 4.30 p.m.

Please note, the timings for the Assessments for the City and Guilds Certificate are different!

The Upkeep Exhibition is on the first floor of the Building Centre.

Our reception desk is just next to the display on keeping buildings dry.
