About the City and Guilds Certificate

This course is designed to help you learn good practice in writing specifications and technical reports. By the end of this course you will understand the key role of specifications in contract management. You will be able to identify the main parts of specifications, and will be able to apply a recognised and appropriate structure to specifications and technical reports. The course will look at documents covering works such as planned maintenance, improvements and works to void properties.
