Aims:

This course is designed to teach you the skills you need to deal with repairs requests.

By the end of this course you will have improved your diagnostic and questioning skills.

You will be better able to prioritise repairs and write more specific repairs orders.

Designed for:

This course is especially designed for people who take repairs requests and order works. It is suitable for customer service officers who take requests over the telephone or for front-line staff who take requests in person.

People who come on this course should ideally have attended some Upkeep courses on building construction and services, or have some understanding of building construction and services.

People who will benefit include: housing officers, customer service centre staff, property managers, tenant management workers, repairs desk staff, receptionists and staff who deal with tenants.

Suitable for a non-technical audience.
