Aims:

This course is designed to teach delegates how to carry out a simple inspection of a void or tenanted domestic property.

You will be able to identify common defects and record them accurately. You will learn how to structure the inspection process and how to make sure that you are following good practice in regard to your own and other people's health and safety.

During the course you will have had the opportunity to do practical work learning inspection skills in the Upkeep Exhibition.

Designed for:

Non-technical staff who are asked to carry out inspections of void and tenanted properties.
