Introduction:

Repairs staff deal with contractors on a daily basis, but often don’t get training on what they can do to manage contractor performance.

Aims:

This course is designed to give you a good understanding of common contracts and an introduction to the principles of contract administration and monitoring contractors.

By the end of this course you should understand the basics of contract monitoring. You will understand the requirements a contract places on the contractor and measures for poor performance. You will have a better idea of how to communicate with contractors to effectively deal with performance issues.
