What you will learn:
By the end of this course you will be able to give a general description of how buildings are constructed and be able to identify common defects in walls and roofs and their remedies.
You will have the opportunity to do practical work on identifying different types of wall and roof construction, describing common defects and ordering appropriate repairs.

Housing officers, project workers, receptionists and caretakers who take repairs requests, as well as non-technical staff who inspect buildings or prepare works orders.
