How do you reduce costs and deliver a good facilities service -- and operate in a sustainable way?
This was the big question at our 2011 conference.
Our annual charities conference is the main opportunity for people who look after buildings and facilities services in the voluntary sector to get together and discuss the challenges they face.
Over 100 people attended the conference, which this year we held at the British Computer Society's offices in Covent Garden. Our thanks to everyone who attended, both delegates and speakers and sponsors.
