Organisations who are committed to promoting good practice and consumer education can highlight their values by working with Upkeep. We are building new displays in the Upkeep Exhibition and welcome the support of designers, manufacturers and contractors.

Housing Maintenance Contractors Forum helps with New Roof Display

Our roof display was built with the help of the Housing Maintenance Contractors Forum. The Forum is the national representative body for maintenance contractors operating in the housing sector.

The actual building work at Upkeep is being carried out by Forum members Kier Building Maintenance. KBM delivers repairs and maintenance services to RSL’s ALMOs and local authorities and employs some 3000 staff nationwide.

The display shows construction details, ventilation and roof coverings, showing traditional materials as well as new technologies.
